PLANNING THE NEXT 24HOURS:Today is going to be sunny and mild with highs in the upper 70s. The only hiccup will be some breezy conditions, with winds gusting up to around 20 to 25 mph. Later tonight, we'll continue to see clear skies with lows in the 50s.
EXTENDED FORECAST: After the remains of Helene weaken, which is expected by Monday, the jet stream will start to become unblocked. This will allow for a cold front to sweep through the Midwest Monday night and cool our temperatures for Tuesday and Wednesday. We don't see rain out of this cold front, but by the end of next week, rain showers may be possible.
