What’s Coming To Disney+ In December 2024 (Canada) (2024)

In December, Disney+ subscribers in Canada will have plenty of new original content to enjoy, including a new Star Wars series, a limited series from Pixar, and much more.

NOTE – This list isn’t complete and will be updated with new additions as they are announced. The list is also subject to change. Content may vary depending on your country, and this list is based on Canada’s release schedule.

Sunday, 1st December 2024

The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular at 6pm PT / 9pm ET

Hosted by Julianne Hough and Alfonso Ribeiro, ‘‘The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular’’ returns for its ninth year with a sparkling spectacle of new musical performances from Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, Disneyland Resort in California and Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko’Olina, Hawaiʻi. Narrated by Kristen Bell, who will share the tale of how the Disney Parks kicks off the most magical holiday ever.

Star Wars: Skeleton Crew – 2 New Episodes

“Skeleton Crew” follows the journey of four kids who make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet, then get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy, crossing paths with the likes of Jod Na Nawood, the mysterious character played by Law. Finding their way home—and meeting unlikely allies and enemies—will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.

Mickey and the Very Many Christmases

Mickey makes a magical wish that every day could be Christmas but winds up having second thoughts when his wish actually comes true.

The Molina sisters return to their hometown years after being separated, summoned by their father’s illness. During their unexpected return to their family estate, they are confronted with the past and secrets that will change their lives forever.

Tracker – Season 2 – New Episode

Smith’s family consists of four members which include an unusual goldfish that has the mind of a German football player and an alien. Smith, along with the CIA, tries to save America from threats.

Three vampires, Nandor, Colin Robinson and Nadja, struggle to keep up with the duties and responsibilities of everyday life as they reside in an apartment in New York.

The Montaners (Los Montaner) (S2)

Experts dive into the daily life of one of the most famous families in Latin America, the Montaners, offering a privileged access to the intimate moments of the family and a glimpse behind the scenes of the artistic career of each of its members.

Light Shop – 4 New Episodes

An adaptation of Kangfull’s hit webtoon of the same name, “Light Shop” follows six strangers, each grappling with a traumatic event from their past. As they go about their daily lives, they slowly come to realize that something is very wrong they just can’t figure out what. Desperate for answers and searching for a way back to normalcy, the strangers are drawn to a mysterious light shop at the end of a foreboding alleyway, which holds the key to their past, present and future. Full of mystery and intrigue, “Light Shop” promises to take viewers on an emotional adventure through its unique.

In a legendary feat of leadership and perseverance, polar explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton kept his crew of 27 men alive for over a year despite the loss of their ship in frigid pack ice. Invisible

Based on the novel by Eloy Moreno, twelve-year-old Capi has suffered a terrible accident that has left him with severe post-traumatic stress disorder. However, the psychologist who treats him is determined to delve into his story and discover the reasons that led him to this situation. Little by little, Capi begins to trust him and tells him that he has the power of invisibility, and that the terrible nightmares that haunt him every night are linked to the monsters and the dragon that haunt him.
